All stalls must not inflate and/or hike the prices when in demand, all the prices shall be fixed, throughout all nights. In case, we find out inflation and/or hike in pricing of product offering, management shall reserve all rights to terminate and/or ban the food stall subject to miscounduct.
Sponsorship Terms
We do not guarentee or warranty any product and/or services and its quality our Sponsors claim to provide or promise to enable. As well as, our Sponsors and/or their brand shall not be liable for any uncertain event(s) and/or iffy scenario(s), which are not directly caused by them.

Inner Circle Garba
- Entry to the venue starts 40 mins before the show timings.
- Tickets are required for attendees aged 8 years and above.
- Entry is complimentary for Infants aged 0 to 7 years and Adults aged 70 years and above. (The entry maybe subject to legal documents and/or identity verification)
- A generated QR code for each attendee allows them to be at the Inner Circle Garba. Losing the same will consider you a non attendee of the Inner Circle Garba.
- The right of admission/entry to the venue is reserved by management (even for ticket holders).
- Beware of counterfeit tickets. Inner Circle Garba and sortmyscene.com are our exclusive online and/or offline distributor. Even for the tickets sold at the event gates on the day of the event.
- Booking fees will be levied. Please check your total payment before proceeding.
- Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid government photo ID.
- Artist programming and lineup is subject to change during the festival.
- Tickets, once purchased are non-transferable and non-changeable.
- Tickets issued are subject to these Terms & Conditions + Rules & Regulations of the Inner Circle Garba.
- Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions or Rules & Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the management of the event to eject you from the venue.
- The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
- Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
- Re-admission is allowed only if followed according to norms of the management on the gates.
- All minors under age 12 are to be accompanied by an adult.
- All persons arriving with a vehicle must park on site in the designated areas. Parking near or at the festival premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
- We have the right to search anybody as a condition of entry to our event.
- No outside food or beverages or alcohol is allowed except empty water containers in the garba event area and is subject to confiscation. Bags will be scanned and/or searched on gate and within the event venue.
- All illegal substances and articles are banned from the event venue of Inner Circle Garba. Consumption and/or possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing and/or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.
- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
- Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, matchbox, lighters, E-cigrattes, vapes and banned substances including food will not be permitted in the venue.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the event be cancelled guests will be notified on how to refund or rollover their tickets.
- Lost QR code cannot be replaced. Persons without QR code will be refused entry into the premises or if found without QR code within the event premises will be sent out of the venue.
- Handheld personal communications devices will be permitted unless otherwise advised. As a condition of entry to the venue, you agree that the creation, storage or use of any data or any such recordings for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your own enjoyment) is not permitted without prior written permission from Inner Circle Garba.
- No tickets for the event shall be used by any person for resale, advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prizes, competition, contests or sweepstakes without obtaining written consent of Inner Circle Garba.
- Anybody entering the event site is liable to be filmed or photographed and for that image or video to be used for promotional purposes at the discretion of the organisers.
- The sponsor(s), organiser(s), landowner(s), artist(s) and/or management are not responsible for, including but not limited to any injury or damage that may occur during or at the Festival. Though basic first aid is provided for emergencies. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in the legal courts in Ahmedabad.
- Loss of any personal belonging is not the responsibility of management.
- This Festival uses amplified sound. Earplugs and hearing protection are recommended to reduce the risk of hearing damage, especially for children.
- Pets are permitted on site provided if taken its complete care and are under observation by their respective owners.
- Injury or harm to pets is not the responsibility of the management.
- Any injury caused by the pet to any of the attendees is the sole responsibility of its respective pet owners.
- If an attendee’s pet is not under control and causes disturbance to other attendees then management will have rights of admission reserved on gate and also can be asked to leave the event venue. Please don't get your pets if they are overly aggressive in public places.
- No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food, pollution, drink and any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
- You shall not use or display within the venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorised by written confirmation from Inner Circle Garba.
- The holder of this ticket grants organisers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder’s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating thereto without any further approval of yours.
- Areas of the event are built to its capacity. Management reserves the right to restrict entry of the non ticket holder to the venue and to hold entry to certain areas within the festival to ensure a safe festival experience.
- The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the management. Please cooperate with the team at the venue.
