By purchasing this ticket, You agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions contained herein, as well as all rules, regulations, and instructions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) issued by the M/s For The Tribe (“We”, “Us”, “Organisers”, “Management”)
Tickets are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
No Ticket QR = No Entry.
Once a ticket has been purchased no requests for refund/replacement will be entertained.
Any ticket purchased is meant solely and exclusively for personal use by the person in whose name the ticket has been issued.
You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets purchased by you. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If the Management has reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission without any refund, compensation and/or liability.
The Management reserves the right to alter and/or vary the content and/or timing of any part of the event in circumstances beyond its control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange of tickets.
Tickets are required for attendees aged 8 years and above.
Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid government photo ID.
Artist programming and lineup is subject to change during the event.
Once you leave the venue/event, no re-admission is allowed. Only Management has the right to allow re-admission at their sole discretion.
All minors under age 12 are to be accompanied by an adult.
While you may park your vehicles at the designated parking areas at the venue, you agree that parking at the designated parking areas at the venue and generally parking at any other place near the venue is at your own risk. We do not accept any liability or responsibility, towards any person or organisation, for any claims that may arise in relation to the same. Illegal parking is prohibited and violators are liable to be prosecuted by authorities.
You agree to not violate any applicable local, state, national or any other law, and/or any regulations having the force of law while attending this event.
You agree that you are attending this event at your own risk and you are solely responsible and liable for all acts and conduct committed by you during your attendance of the event.
Do not litter the festival premises. Respect and maintain the sanctity of the festival premises. Should you fail or refuse to comply, management has the right to ask you to leave the venue, without any refund, compensation, liability and any other recourse for the same.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Carrying outside food items, edible items, beverages, drinks, and/or liquids of any kind is not permitted, except empty water containers. If you are caught carrying any such outside food and/or beverages in the event area, the same is subject to confiscation.
Any and all dangerous/potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles or any glass items.
Any and all illegal drugs, articles, and/or any other intoxicating substances. Possession and consumption, and enabling such possession or consumption is prohibited. Any incident or anything relating to the same, shall be reported over to the police and will result in necessary legal action being taken.
Cigarettes, matchboxes, lighters, E-cigarettes, vapes, and any such smoking items. Any other item, article, or thing that the Management in its sole discretion considers to be a prohibited item.
Bringing, carrying, possessing, and consuming any such items, as listed above, and any other item that the Management in its sole discretion considers prohibited, shall result in denial of entry and/or removal from the event without any refund, compensation, liability and any other recourse for the same.
RIGHTS OF ADMISSION & SECURITY:
The Management reserves all the rights to admission of any person to the event.
The Management can refuse entry to and/or remove any person from the event, at any given time, at their sole discretion for any reason whatsoever, without any refund, compensation, liability and any other recourse for the same.
For entry to the venue and/or the event site, you expressly agree to a security check including a body search, frisking, and inspection of carried items by security staff.
The Management reserves all the rights to conduct spot checks, which includes but is not limited to, body search, frisking, and inspection of carried items, during the event, for any reason whatsoever, at any given time and at their sole discretion.
Management has all the rights to refusal of entry to the event and/or removal from the event of any person, if during a security check such person is found carrying any of the Prohibited items or any such item that Management deems to be prohibited. No refunds, compensation, liability or any other recourse shall be available to you in such a case.
For safety and health reasons, the Management has all the rights to refusal of entry to the event and/or removal from the event of any person and/or their acquaintance found to be, suspected, or deemed to be unhealthy, suffering from any infectious disease or committing any act which may cause or lead to a safety or health hazard. No refunds, compensation, liability or any other recourse shall be available in such a case.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
We may choose to photograph, film, broadcast, live stream and/or record the event and accordingly you hereby, free of any charge, irrevocably agree, including but not limited, to be filmed, photographed and/or sound recorded. Furthermore, you hereby, free of any charge, agree to grant M/s For The Tribe an irrevocable, perpetual, and throughout the world, without the need for requiring any further approval from you, a licence and sublicense to use, alter, modify, and/or create derivatives of the aforementioned recordings and media, for producing, reproducing broadcasting, make publicly accessible, and/or distributing them in any format for any commercial and non-commercial purpose.
You may record audio and/or audio-visual media, film, photographs etc., of the event. However, You expressly agree that all the intellectual property rights, in such recorded/filmed/captured/stored media by You, shall belong to and are irrevocably transferred to, in perpetuity and free of any charge, to M/s For The Tribe for all commercial, non-commercial and any other purpose whatsoever.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees and affiliates) does not accept any liability and/or responsibility for any claim whatsoever, towards any person or organisation, that may arise pursuant to your/their attendance of event. At the outset you agree to attend the event at your risk.
You are solely responsible for all acts and conduct committed by you during your attendance of the event. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any act or conduct committed or any statement made by you. Should any claims and/or liability for any damages arise, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary and consequential damages, damages for loss of profits or other intangible losses, pursuant to any act or conduct committed or any statement made by you, you hereby agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified and hold M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees and affiliates) harmless from any such claims.
You expressly understand and agree that no claim and/or liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary and consequential damages, damages for loss of profits or or other intangible losses, shall arise against M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees and affiliates) resulting from any acts, conduct, or statements of any third party (including but not limited to other attendees and personnel present on the venue).
Any views and statements expressed by any speakers, performers, and/or attendees at the event are their own. M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees and affiliates) shall not be liable for such views and statements of any such speaker or any other attendee at the event. Any information given or distributed as part of the event shall not constitute advice and should not be relied upon.
If the performance, organization, fulfilment or execution of the event, is prevented, restricted, delayed, or interfered with due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, adverse weather conditions rendering the continuation or execution of the event unsafe, war, revolution, terrorism, civil commotion, riots, acts of public enemy, embargo, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, governmental orders or regulations (including those of State or local authorities), suspension or denial of permits or licenses by government authorities, labor disputes or industrial actions (including strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts), failure of utilities or transportation, or any other similar cause not arising from the Organizer’s fault, negligence, or misconduct, then the Organiser (“Force Majeure Event”), upon giving prompt notice shall be excused from such performance for the duration of the Force Majeure event. Furthermore, in such circumstances, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential, or damages for loss of profits or other intangible losses incurred by the ticket holder or any other party. The Organizer shall not be liable for any ticket refunds, exchanges, or any other form of compensation of any kind due to the cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event caused by a Force Majeure event
MISCELLANEOUS:
Pets are permitted in the event. However, M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees and affiliates) shall not be liable for any claim and/or liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary and consequential damages, or any other damages, arising pursuant to any injury, damage, or loss caused to a pet or by a pet to other attendees, personnels, and/or other pets present at the venue. The owner of the pet hereby agrees to indemnify and keep M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees and affiliates) indemnified and hold Us harmless in case any such claim and liability for damages arises. Furthermore, the pet owner warrants that the pet must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, vaccinated, free from any contagious diseases, and otherwise not be a potential health hazard, toward other attendees or other pets, failing which the Management reserves all the rights to refuse entry to and/or remove from the event the pet and their owner, without any refunds, compensation, liability or any other recourse.
You agree that M/s For The Tribe (including but not limited to its owners, management, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any claim and/or liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential, or any other damages, arising pursuant to your purchase, possession, or consumption of any food, beverage, or related item from any food and/or beverage stall or vendor present at the venue. You hereby acknowledge and agree that any purchase, possession, or consumption from them is entirely at your own risk.
General:
These T&Cs and anything relating to it shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable to these T&Cs without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
This section is referred to in these T&Cs as the “Arbitration Agreement.” You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and M/s For The Tribe, whether arising out of or relating to these T&Cs shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration, and in accordance with this Arbitration Agreement. The place/venue for conducting the arbitration proceedings shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The governing law and the procedural law for the arbitration proceedings shall be the Indian Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, 1996.
Failing arbitration, any and all disputes or claims relating to these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
No failure or delay by Us in exercising any right or remedy provided under this T&Cs or by any law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict our further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall prevent or restrict our further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
Each of the provisions contained in these T&Cs shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision(s) or of the remainder of these T&Cs. Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid or unenforceable, the said invalid provision shall be replaced, where applicable, by a valid provision.
